One-On-One Coaching
I offer one-on-one coaching to help your leaders succeed at all levels of their work life. I partner with your leaders to create a clear vision around their goals; to understand and change what is preventing them from reaching their personal and business goals, and support them to courageously move forward to make their plan a reality.
Group Coaching
Group coaching is a dynamic interaction with the coach and with the other participants. Offered as a public (multiple companies) this group coaching is designed around specific themes. Offered privately (within a company), we can design group coaching programs to meet specific needs of your future and existing leaders. A powerful outcome of this model is the sustainable relationships built between individual participants that lasts far beyond the program.
Team Coaching
I provide team coaching to help teams to be more effective at collaboration. I engage intact teams through workshops or group coaching to increase awareness of their own behaviors and perceptions of others. As we work together, you'll experience more effective leadership and productive teams in your workplace.
