Group programs
Learning takes many formats depending on the complexity and importance of the topic, the experience and needs of the audience, and the time and format available. Some topics are more straightforward, while others require deep contemplation and conversation to find the right way forward together. All learning benefits from at least a bit of sharing and discussion with others. While in-person gatherings have advantages, the virtual tools are a game-changer for highly dispersed audiences. Let’s talk about your group learning otucomes and then figure out the best format.
Speaking
Are you looking for a keynote presentation to set the tone for your conference or a breakout for participant learning? Using my experience supporting 100s of clients I can create and deliver engaging presentations (with or without interactions) that will support your mission.
Workshops
With a guiding desired outcome, a workshop format provides a lot of interaction to reflect on insight provided by a speaker or other content. Participants interact with one another to discuss the value of the topic and its application in the workplace. Team-building, annual planning, or change management are suited to this format.
Facilitation
The most involved format of group learning. The topics are more complex, the participants are more diverse. And most different than other formats, the participants are the primary source of information. I provide program design with high levels of interaction that drives toward clearly defined product outcomes. Appropriate for culture, vision or strategy work at any level.
